This company did a BRAND new roof instal on my home. After the ceiling started leaking in multiple places Inside my home, I contacted another contractor to come look at what the problem was. He informed me of the following. He said this roof job that was done was a poor instal with poor craftsmanship. He said they put NO seal plate, they used non waterproof felt underlayment, that the shingles have high low nail points so they are not right, they have visible gaps side by side and the shingles do not seal, and basically they... read more
I would give him a much higher review EXCEPT he replaced my door awnings and they're not wide enough to open the doors all the way! I need to replace a chair and I can't get the old one out the door or a new one in. He promised to replace them over a year ago. It's still not done. My siding and windows are very nice. My house looks great. I need to be able to open my doors all the way open. It's not too much to ask.
