They were very quick and efficient called this morning AC has gone out they were here by 11:30 assessed and are working hard to get the part asap! The gentleman they sent to the house was very patient explained everything he was doing and made sure that I was aware of all the steps that had to be completed! I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with H&H. Our pool heater stopped working and good luck finding someone who will take on the challenge. I live in Southside close to the Dickson county line and they had no problem coming all the way out here. Heather the scheduler was always pleasant. My Technician was Trevor and they charged me a ONE time $65 service call fee even though he came here three times. He spent so much time here diagnosing the problem, call the manufacture, installing and removing parts. I won't use anyone else - ever

They may be the best AC unit specialists in town; I'll never know. I called them and left all my information with the receptionist, who said I would recieve a call. Two days later and no call. I'd hire a private Clarksville contractor if I wanted this kind of treatment lol.
