Brent was personable and professional. Performed spring cleaning on our air conditioner unit and explained everything he did. Extremely pleased with service we receive from Waterloo Heating & Air Conditioning!
Brennan arrived on time, very friendly and respectful. Went in attic check both units, check all duct work, found some things that could be improved on both units and duct work. Great tech, request Brennan everytime. Totally trust Brennan opinion and suggestions for repairs.
Michael did a great job explaining what he was doing and his results. He was punctual and worked effectively.
Very nice customer service, and explained everything perfectly for me to understand. Would definitely give 10/10 service.
