I WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS LAST YEAR AND THE EARLY PART OF THIS YEAR . NEVER WORKED FOR A COMPANY WHERE THE MANAGEMENT WAS HIRED STRAIGHT FROM THE SOUP LINE.. THEY HIRE SUPERVISORS FROM THE OUTSIDE THAT THEY HAVE TO TOTALLY TRAIN INSTEAD OF JUST PROMOTING SOMEONE WHOSE DOING THE JOB ANYWAY TO ME THATS COMMON KNOWLEDGE BUT TO THEM WASTING THE OWNERS MONEY IS WHAT THEY DO.. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES THATS ALREADY DOING THE JOB AND SAVE TIME AND MONEY... COMMON SENSE......
The floor supervisors and office management staff welcome harassment and racial discrimination on the work floor between employees, and do not intercede. All employees are not forced to speak English, so other employees that don't speak the same language feels that they are being harassed.
