LOTS of love for this awesome company! These products I get to offer my clients are top of the line. The best part is, they're local to me and every time I go into the lab for something, they are super helpful and friendly. Never have I had an issue with quality or an error on an order, but I'm sure if I ever did it would be handled immediately! Can't say enough good things about them.

I made a HUGE mistake on an important order: I ordered 2 10x10 albums, one of each of the family’s kids. They should have been 12x12. I only realized my mistake a week later, when I was getting ready to travel to their town to deliver the albums personally. It was all my fault, but even then the team at H&H worked tirelessly through two days when their ordering system was rebooting and there would have been impossible to upload my orders online, to make sure the albums got remade in time for my delivery!!! A big shoutout to H&H this morning. I had about 20 large items I needed in a big hurry due to some unfortunate circumstances and an unruly customer.
