I take my car in for oli changes, inspection, tire rotation. Tires. The staff are all so super nice. Quentin is so much help. The manager Chuck is always there to answer an questions you have.
I waited for a sales person to come outside to greet me but no one came out. I waited for about 10 minutes. So in other words they didn't need my business even though I drove an hour and half to get there. Plus I had an appointment and texted them telling them I'm here outside waiting. No show no call no text! So good bye.

My experience at H&H Cadillac with Mickey Nye today was quite different from any I had ever had. I'm a female and a senior citizen and have purchased many vehicles in my 60 years of driving and have never had a sales person give me 3 hours of their day to explain all the features about the car I was about to purchase. Hats off to all the helpful employees that helped me with my purchase today! I Absolutely LOVE my new red CT5 Sport....all blacked out!!
I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Joel. And the service was absolutely incredible. He wasn’t pushy. He worked with me That was incredibly nice to my wife and my kids. The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle and when I went to buy it, it took less than 20 minutes. They have a great inventory and thank you so much for making the experience Memorable!
