Amazing service! My fiancée was driving cross canada and her car broke down just outside thunderbay… We called every garage that was still open at 5:15pm and nobody had availability until the next week. H&H were the first to say they might be able to have a look at it the following day, with no promises. We had the car towed there. In the meantime, everyone we spoke to in the area seemed to have nothing but good things to say about H&H. Sure enough, by 10:30 am received a diagnosis with a quote. Very well attended
We called last minute in a semi-emergency situation and they took us in and fixed our van right up. Quick, easy, helpful, and very friendly. As someone who has dealt with many different shops across the province, I had a fantastic experience here, highly recommend.
Poor service all around. After three days of being told it was “first priority” and waiting for parts. Sat total for 11 days before work was completed. When paying, one of the older workers has the gall to say “ ha that’s it?” At my $2100 bill. To add insult to injury, when I checked my car at home, both high pressure caps were left sitting in the windshield well, not put pack on the A/C system lines, and one must have been lost as I only found one. Steer clear of these guys if you can…
