My fiancé & I were upgrading to central air in our house a few months ago and figured instead of dealing with the hassle we would hire a “PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICIAN” to complete the job without trouble however unfortunately we were wrong. Unfortunately trusting he was a straight up guy we paid CASH for the job to pass inspections for his work ahead of time & they DID NOT. Almost 6 WEEKS LATER of calling and leaving voicemails to fix the issue, still no answer. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!
I had ted from HG Sparrow come out and install my electric for my hvac and thought everything was good. He was a nice guy and knowledgeable. Paid cash for the work he had done figuring it was all good to go. Inspector came out and failed due to him using the wrong wire on the outside of my house. He answered my first initial call and said he would contact me ASAP to resolve the issue. After weeks of me calling and leaving messages and getting no calls back I have lost faith in this company.
