The most awful place to work for when the employer gets pleasure out of mentally abusing you and the other workplace employees , even the management staff . Temps taking over full-time positions without any promise to full-time or benefits, failure to give benefits out to employees that have been there for over three years , failure to comply with proper workplace conduct and management. Workplace employer is a tyrant who gets mad at his employees for taking time off , calling in sick , going home sick , tending to their kids, making friends outside of the workplace , hanging out with other employees, talking .... The list goes on ... He doesn't care for your mental well being or your health. Had a family member that passed away ? Well goodluck because he won't allow you to take time off for that .. I worked here for a day as a temp through liberty recently and discovered how unprofessional and unclenly the workplace environment is here. Not to mention management just stands around and doesn't really direct anybody new accordingly and the lead hand that was in charge was constantly on her phone and walking away from the line. I have never met the employer but I have heard nothing but horrible things about him from both managers and employees... Please stay away.
The quality is really going down hill. I have brought a few items over and they have all came back with scratches and chips.
