Extremely disappointed with the service we received here. My grandma took her car to H & F last week to have her tires checked and was told just to rotate them. Anyone with two eyes could have seen that she DESPERATELY needed new tires...especially with the upcoming winter season and snow. She barely had any traction on any of her 4 tires. Thank goodness we got a second opinion from our trusted mechanic in the city (who was adamant that she needs new tires ASAP and strongly advised her to not drive long distances). told me I needed to have about $1200.00 worth of work done to my vehicle to get an alignment, took it to my regular mechanic that didn't find any of the problems they said. took it to another alignment place and got it aligned and they also didn't find any problems
A little disappointed. Communication should be worked on a bit on what is going on, older male was rude with no knowledge of what was happening.

These guys are quick and efficient!! Called them at 7:30 needing an on site flat tire repair and they had me back up and on the road by 8:45. Couldn't have asked for better service!! Highly recommended.
