I rented from HF Borders from 2016/2017-2020, and had an absolute terrible experience. I lived in their rental property next door to the landlords at 218 Seville Rd. The house is cute, however, the lease states that they are not held responsible for any health issues related to mold that is in the house. You are responsible for paying an extremely high water bill because the landlords demand that you water the grass excessively to keep the lawn green. They have been so professional throughout the years that we have used them to manage our shopping center. If we have a question, it is immediately answered. They are knowledgeable about real estate and put all of their efforts into keeping us and the tenants happy. We trust them and will use them for other properties in the future.

I used Boards Real Estate for a one an a half year rental. I dont know who the past two reviews are but my experience was a not good.
