The staff at ortho care is out of this world. If you've never been to this facility, I suggest that you visit it next time.You're in pain. They take such great care and actually listen to what the issue is. Everyone at this facility, it was so friendly and caring.
I was treated by Dr. Edward Lane at Ortho Virginia for a recent injury. He was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I would recommend him without any reservation!
I got referred to orthovirginia by urgent care because of a pain issue that they couldn't find a reason for. I had to wait 2 weeks to be able to be seen, while in pain every day, and then had my appointment cancelled at 5pm the day before via text. No new times were offered, I was told to call for a new appointment. No explanations, no apologies, I have to pay a cancellation fee but you can cancel my appointment with less than 18 hours to go and I'm owed nothing apparently.
