I got referred to orthovirginia by urgent care because of a pain issue that they couldn't find a reason for. I had to wait 2 weeks to be able to be seen, while in pain every day, and then had my appointment cancelled at 5pm the day before via text. No new times were offered, I was told to call for a new appointment. No explanations, no apologies, I have to pay a cancellation fee but you can cancel my appointment with less than 18 hours to go and I'm owed nothing apparently. Dr. Lane is the best. I am so sorry that he will soon retire. He has operated on my back, my shoulder and knee. He has done most of these operations on my husband too He is wonderful. I trust him completely. A big loss for Ortho of Virginia
