The Worst Management Company EVER! This Company manages Rosedale Estate. Lets say they are suppose to manage Rosedale. I've called this company many times to talk to the manager and I am always told "she's at lunch" or "she's gone for the day" or "she'll return your call" AND I will never get a return call. I have written letters on several occasions about the parking - we have no parking lines, no lights in the parking lot is a safety issues. A neighbor has gotten robbed getting out of her car, why? An asset to pg H&E Management has worked with hundreds of communities in the region to revive troubled communities and share their knowledge with Association Board members from communities that were being neglected by management companies that were only concerned with getting paid. I found them to be true assets for business in the Prince Georges County region, and are of the highest integrity.

Crooks!!! Milking the residents of Cameron Grove of $$$$$. Someone should look into their employee's backgrounds and book keeping and all the underhanded kickbacks.

poor customer service i am tired of the girl at the front desk she is always on her cell phone or it is always ringing when i come in to the office to make a payment. They never answer the phones and take messages and dont respond. Poor management period. the owners are as old as Jesus they need to retire becuase they dont have a clue whats going on.
