The guys who came out for my initial visit to do the estimate were very helpful as I knew nothing about this process of getting a generator. They took the time to make sure I understood what was going to be done and why it had to be done that way. Gave some really helpful advice on everything. Will definitely recommend and use this company anytime I have issues they can address. Thanks guys for a easy going experience

My experience was fantastic. Mr Bradley took his time & thoroughly checked my a/c system. He took pics & patiently explained each one to me. He gave his recommendation & offered his services. The most professional tech I’ve come across in a long time. Job well done, thanks Mr Bradley.
I needed a new control panel installed after a small fire. The problems were numerous: 1)Tech arrived on the second day without supplies, even though he had a list from the initial assessment the previous day. 2)Tech installed the wrong circuit breakers and didn't install the additional ground wire. He also resisted installing the correct surge protector. 3) Tech refused to label the box even though the contract stipulated that it would be done 4) Job was so messy that the tech had a hard time closing the panel door.
