Huge line ups Ordered refill online and HEB Said it would be ready this morning at 9am Waited in line today at 5:30pm Lady was very rude and said it was not ready and would be 20 minutes Haven’t left yet Hopefully don’t have to wait in line for another 30 minutes to get a “prescription” they are telling me I can get over the counter. Asked them to tell me where I can buy it I’m the aisles…. No answer. It’s not there
After rehab discharge and without any clear medication instructions, the pharmacist provided understandable instructions. She was very efficient in getting our meds ready and we were on our way home. I love HEB Uvalde Pharmacy. As new customers, we are impressed with fast service and genuine customer service.
I'll give the pharmacy 5 stars because almost everyone is so nice and their issues are endemic to ALL pharmacies thanks to this War on Opioids. See, some poor souls like myself have had 9 spine surgeries and need more and ate wracked with severe chronic pain and all the pharmacy's are afraid of getting in trouble with the DEA or the DOJ but that doesn't take away the fact that there ARE millions of poor patients like myself that suffer day in and day out and have tried literally everything else and all that is left is opioid... read more
