Spring Cypress & Grant Pharmacy staff is usually fine but yesterday (10/27 @ 11am) the person that answered the drive-thru was absolutely rude & very unprofessional. I got a text that said my prescription was ready for refill, I was just passing by at the time so I pull in. Before I could say what I was there for she asked for my DOB then doesn't let me say anything, she then says she had nothing ready & if im here for my refill, its too early & why im i trying to get it now. I am deeply saddened by the behavior of a recent employee at the H-E-B on Spring Cypress. My three-year-old was looking at the toy cart when the employee approached me and told me that we could not touch or try the items unless we were buying them. I felt singled out in front of others, especially as a pregnant Muslim woman with a young child. It was disheartening to be treated this way. We have been living in this neighborhood since last 10 years and this has never happened to me before. Is HeB becoming racist??
