Pharmacy is insanely slow
This pharmacy has gone way downhill from just even a year ago. I'm from inability to enter prescriptions right to insurance to filling prescriptions and courtesy. I cannot get a prescription filled until after I've made the trip. Only to be denied and to come back later or another day almost every single time.Now. very disappointing and unfortunate. And courtesy is disappeared. Also just rude Disgruntled unpleasant people the lot.
Asian Woman Manager is super rude! Terrible customer service from her and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous!

This H-E-B pharmacy is horrible. The last time I filled my prescription, I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. I called to refill my medication and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. While I was on the phone, the employee put me on hold and proceeded to have a full conversation with her coworker about chicken, using cuss words, without muting the call.
