This H-E-B pharmacy is horrible. The last time I filled my prescription, I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. I called to refill my medication and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. While I was on the phone, the employee put me on hold and proceeded to have a full conversation with her coworker about chicken, using cuss words, without muting the call. They normally are great, but has anyone noticed their prescription amounts ever being short? I ask, because twice now with two different prescription pain pills I have been exactly seven days short. I just want to see if anyone else has had this issue, or just me? I feel like it could be a fluke, but I don't know.
