I called the pharmacy letting them know I was running 1 min late if they could wait. I got there right on time and they had already closed. So much for customer service.
There's some great employees who work in the Pharmacy but as always there's that one bad apple to ruin the experience. I called to inform the staff that I received two incorrect text messages saying my prescription would be filled on June 8th, then today it says June 11th, when the correct date is June 10th! Typically, the dates are not listed on the text messages when you can fill the medication so I called the Pharmacy at 11:04 am on June 7th.
