There's some great employees who work in the Pharmacy but as always there's that one bad apple to ruin the experience. I called to inform the staff that I received two incorrect text messages saying my prescription would be filled on June 8th, then today it says June 11th, when the correct date is June 10th! Typically, the dates are not listed on the text messages when you can fill the medication so I called the Pharmacy at 11:04 am on June 7th. Pam and Sandy are the perfect clerks to help you fill your prescriptions. They always smile and usually greet you with your name.
I have always dealt with Sandie and Pam no confusion at all they are the ones that make that pharmacy great, as dor Nicole, Erica, Daniel, ect.when a medication is dropped off to be filled it should show up on my app.and they never do that I told them I was in extremely pain and they all said it's gonna be 3 hours like it's always a bother to them,they make me feel very uncomfortable so when I go in I always hope that Sandie and Pam are there they make that pharmacy look good but all the others are very rude and hang up on y... read more
