I was happy with HEB pharmacy at Hancock until today. This HIPPA thing is really getting out of hand. Because I was standing in line next to a customer getting a prescription. I got scolded after the fact after not being near enough to give them privacy?? If they need privacy and it is that important. Them maybe they should counsel the customers in private.
