Problems every single time. I’m sick of it. Changing pharmacies
Today I visited this pharmacy and had a very disappointing experience. I waited in line behind several customers and patiently waited my turn. When I finally reached the front of the line, I was passed over so another customer could be helped first. The employee assisting customers (Anaisa) and the customer who was allowed to go ahead of me appeared to know each other or share a common background, which made the situation feel questionable. If you CAN avoid this pharmacy, do. It’ll save you so much time and money. Customer service is terrible. Had my prescription read 2(10,000mg) bottles. They billed insurance for 20(10,000mg) bottles and it was rejected. So when they tried again they only billed for one bottle and I had to come back and pay my 2 bottle copay twice. Instead of it costing me $70 I paid HEB $140 because of their incompetence but I was offered nothing in compensation.
