Curt, rude and unhelpful.
This pharmacy needs to work heavily on their competence. I tried to pick up a prescription after work today, after seeing my GP this morning. The pharmacist at the front desk told me the prescription had already been filled and billed to insurance elsewhere. They could not see in the system where it was filled which they claimed meant it was likely a non-HEB pharmacy which filled it. Apparently there has been a significant change within the HEB Pharmacy system that has had a negative impact on me filling my prescription medication. Because of this, HEB Pharmacy has refused to refill a prescription that I have had refilled at this location every month for the last two years. I really wish HEB Pharmacy alerted me to this sooner (not the day of) so I could have attempted to mitigate this issue before the day my prescription was due to be refilled.
