Wow, Horrible pharmacy the pharmacists are very mean to the clients and they think they are Doctors asking my wife why is she on the medications that are actually prescribed by a legitimate DOCTOR, of course we are polite and just ask them to fill the prescription as we are standing there then they tell us that it will not be filled until noon when it is literally 8:30am. Awful customer service. Andrew at the drive-thru was rude from the start. He didn’t even greet me or acknowledge me. Customer service starts with basic courtesy, and unfortunately that was completely lacking. If you’re that miserable dealing with customers, it may be time to find a different job.
Usually love this pharmacy, but the last two times I’ve been they’ve been kind of unhelpful with Explaining side effects of medication and not providing a pharmacist to explain thoroughly
Be cautious! They're not honest about less expensive heb brand medicine that can be purchased otc.
