They told me my meds would be $430, then it went down to $140, then they gave me 10 puffs worth and I was supposed to get 120. Their answer was for me to call the manufacturer. It seems to me if they gave me a defective product, it should be their responsibility to replace it, not mine. I won't use their pharmacy again.
I have never had a bad experience here until Leo. He is very rude not helpful. He’s dealing with people who need medication and are sick and he shows zero empathy and basically is the rudest person I’ve ever seen here. Everybody else is wonderful.
One of the best service providers I work with. CJ and the team handle a huge volume of work and they are always polite, efficient and helpful, whether prescriptions, vaccines or any other topic. I never look beyond HEB Pharmacy in Westlake for my pharmacy needs.
