We are new to Texas. We have come from a country that does not offer self checkouts. We needed some assistance and Ashley came to us, hands in pocket, pressed some buttons and walked away. They told me my meds would be $430, then it went down to $140, then they gave me 10 puffs worth and I was supposed to get 120. Their answer was for me to call the manufacturer. It seems to me if they gave me a defective product, it should be their responsibility to replace it, not mine. I won't use their pharmacy again.
I have never had a bad experience here until Leo. He is very rude not helpful. He’s dealing with people who need medication and are sick and he shows zero empathy and basically is the rudest person I’ve ever seen here. Everybody else is wonderful.
