Check out caused us to lose multiple items we paid for. Completely stuoid system for check out. Constant employees getting in the way in everysingle aisle.

I'm happy to say that I've had nothing but great experience (s) with the HEB pharmacy peeps on slaughter/escarpment. I was having issues with one of the meds due to insurance nuisance. Luke not only was helpful and kind, he took the time to look up for me what was going on on his side and tried to figure out why I was denied in the first place. Not only that! He said that he was the one opening the pharmacy in the am and he'd try to call the insurance and or my doctor's office to see if he could find a better outcome and get... read more
