Called about a prescription I needed and the customer service was terrible. The person I was talking to was quite rude. Train your employees the right customer service etiquette. I feel very upset.
They refused to fill a perfectly legal prescription (for blood pressure meds ffs) merely because my doctor is a family member. Of note, it is again perfectly legal for this family member to prescribe me the substance. (It is not a scheduled substance such as an opioid.) HEB appoints itself legislator, ignoring what actual laws say. Their actions wasted 15 minutes of my time. Walgreens was more than happy to fulfill my prescription, which is where I recommend people take their business.
The folks here are always so nice and accommodating.
Lifesavers. Have a sick 6 month old and right at closing time they overcame all the insurance problems and typos and got my infant the medication he needed. Big shout out to Lisa, Richard and Mark.
