This pharmacy has been wonderful! They have longer hours and do not close for lunch, which is very convenient. Mark has been very helpful on several occasions when dealing with refill and insurance issues. Everyone is always polite and helpful!
HEB Pharmacy has discriminatory practices when simply trying to refill prescriptions issued by my doctor. I was spoken to rudely and denied a 90 day supply of my medication. I was told to complain to corporate. People are so unnecessarily inconsiderate these days. I moved all of my prescriptions to Walmart and had zero problems. I suggest everyone move there where they respect patients. Employee has lack of ambition to serve the customer and that’s enough for me to go elsewhere for my needs. If it was one time I could understand that but it’s every time I have been helped by this employee.
