Lifesavers. Have a sick 6 month old and right at closing time they overcame all the insurance problems and typos and got my infant the medication he needed. Big shout out to Lisa, Richard and Mark.
The person named Richard at this pharmacy, always provides curt/rude responses and provides false information resulting in me going there multiple times to get just get one medication. It’s really frustrating.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. For many reasons, but my breaking point was when I went to fill my 6MO’s antibiotics for her ear infection. I got there after my dr appointment in the morning and they said the Dr hadn’t sent it in. Called the Dr, took an hour to sit on hold, but they told me they HAD sent it. Went back to the pharmacy, it still wasn’t ready. Third time I went back they told me they were out of most flavors.
