In line for 20 minutes. She was so excited to tell me they no longer take my insurance “but we can hold it for you.” Oh is that a service you offer now? Not throwing my prescription in the trash— you’ll do that for me? Wow!!!
I would really appreciate simple things like "letting me give them my new insurance over the phone in case they need a prior authorization for this medication, instead of making me drive all the way over there to give my insurance in person just to be told sorry we need a prior authorization". Just really feels like they dont care half the time and just barrel over me when I try and explain stuff. Like yeah, i assumed yall would need prior auth, thats why i tried to call and give yall my new info over the phone! might as wel... read more
