Want to give a shout out to the floral department in leon springs. They went out of their way to help me order a homecoming mum for my niece which I went to 3 different HEB's and nobody wanted to help me to order the mum I wanted. They all said that they don't do homecoming mum's so I want to thank the floral manager and her staff for their help.
Nicole and Brittany who work in the bakery made an awesome cake for my parents' 50th Anniversary party. The customer service was excellent. Thank you ladies!
Every time I go to this HEB I never find what I need either they out if it or only on brand of it it's big for nothing specially the produce section I go to bandera branch I hope they get better it's the nearest one to my house
This Thanksgiving I am thrilled that your staff noticed I left my purse in the shopping cart and secured it from the parking lot before anyone else could. In a haste I loaded up the car and family but, and apparently not my purse. God bless you and your staff who noticed this and took action. My family and I are very grateful we are able to focus on the holiday and not panic trying to recover from a stolen purse.
