I love my HEB. Moved around the world alot with the military and HEB has all the other grocery stores beat!!. I do have two complaints. 1. when you introduce an item and it sells please dont then remove it! 2. (pet peave)Teach your baggers how to bag groceries and tell them what the Cold bags are for. I had to repack my items yesterday. Cold stuff goes in the cold bags and if I use the plastic bags please tie the tops so the items dont go rolling around in my car.

Very sad to say this: my sister tried to get a Kingcake for my niece three days ago. She called Brittany in the bakery who said she'd stow away a cinnamon flavor for my sister to pick up. She and her hub drove a distance to get it. First: they were told that there was no longer a "Brittany" who worked there; Second, they gave their number to the bakery manager who said she'd call them asap with a cinnamon king cake.
