i am so happy that HEB in San Antonio does not ask for comments in a public forum like this. There are so many ridiculous comments it is painful to read. We are asked to comment on our HEB experience but our response is not seen by the public. HEB is an industry leader and others from around the nation come to Texas to learn from them. Went to the gas station prices are great but man somebody needs to empty the trash cans are overflowing out on the ground blowing across the parking lot just empty the trash cans
This is the second time the pharmacy people have been rude and unprofessional to me, I'm done! Will never go to this pharmacy again.
Went in this morning before work to exchange some bad milk (that was purchased Saturday and still was within the freshness date) stood in line for 20 minutes only three people ahead of me. You have the slowest employee working the customer service counter when people are clearly coming in before work etc. Thanks for making me run late. You need someone on standby and if 3 or more people are in line they need to open a new line quickly. When I left the line was huge.
