Did curbside everything was great!!
H-E-B had offer on Facebook to order online for curbside Free Tuesday thru Friday. My hubby signed up and stopped on hi way home from work to pick it up. H-E-B in Deer Park never received the order. Austin help him set up an account again and the he personally delivered the order to our home. My husband said he couldn’t wait because he needed to get home it was his anniversary. Austin added Red Roses 🌹 with the delivery he made. What an outstanding young man! He went way above on our order!! H-E-B Deer Park is the best!
Just used curbside for the first time. Perfect!
Whoever runs tge beverage department at the HEB in Deer Park needs to be trained on how to order merchandise so you will be in stock. I can give you a list of things that are always out. 24 pack Ozarka water, Vitamin Water Lemon, Gold Peak tea 6 pack diet, Snapple Mango, Gold Peak 6 pack sweet tea. Missed sales for you guys and frustration for me!
I don’t usually rate places but I can’t pass this one up. Every time I go to this store, the staff is so friendly, it is clean and organized, and the cashiers never fail to ask how my day is going, and how my experience was at their store that day. Excellent customer service goes a long way. This is why I will always shop at HEB. Great job y’all!!
You need to come up to Tennessee. Your prices are amazing and I love you don’t have a value card!
I think HEB is a fabulous store. However just like everywhere else they have some 'crazy's in the store, as was witnessed yesterday! Can't help some people!
