If you are going to have people waiting in line, you should at least be able to tell them via a person with a table tied to store inventory if there is anything left for them to buy. I spend literally 10's of thousands of $$ in this store annually - no more. Done, nada, gone....
Employees were friendly. Plenty of food but I got there at around closing time... so the meat section was scarce.

Carpet rental doesnt come with attachments. I wasn't told about the cleaning fee till after my card was already charged for the rental. I will never come back for rental here, far much better service at Kroger when it comes to what I need.

Friendly and first class service.
The Deer Park location was always known for it's amazingly friendly employees and management. Not anymore. I spend well over $300 a week here and only shop here. I know nearly every employee and they know me. When I had an opinion about the self checkouts I was spoke to poorly. I stated aren't I a VIP customer? This manager stated the VIP customers are old lady's that shop and keep their mouth shut. I'm done. Gonna miss all the people there.
