I used to love HEB! This whole C0VID-19 joke opened my eyes to their ulterior motives. Upon visiting the 12860 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78750 HEB the other day being rudely judged for not confirming to this mask nonsense I was warned I would not be allowed to enter starting Thursday without wearing a mask. That's fine. There are other smaller grocers that need my business. I will no longer use HEB and have encouraged others to do the same. My body, my responsibility. #WeDoNotConsent!

HEB is far better than any other grocery and general stores, quality is best and price are less.. and superb customer support.

The baggers are horrible and need training. Dry goods with toiletries in the cold bag. Geesh.
Great employees! Diana B. was our sweet, efficient and cheerful cashier today. She understood the proper way to bag groceries and wished everyone in her line a blessed day too! I've never had an employee there who wasn't polite and helpful:)
Great job, great atmosphere. Very low pay unless you are management.
