I went to H Dub while in town visiting a friend and I immediately felt welcomed by everyone in the class. I got in a killer workout, and Trey guided me to make good decisions with my exercises while I'm dealing with some old injuries. Definitely recommend this place both for the fitness AND the positive energy!
I was blown away by the vibes at H Dub from my first Saturday workout. It felt like a big party in the best way possible. Since the minute I joined, it’s always been a safe place for me where I feel supported and uplifted every time I walk in. We visited H Dub Athletics as guests while visiting family who are members of H Dub. We had a wonderful experience. This workout community is welcoming, friendly, and the owner Trey was great! Classes were challenging, plenty of equipment in good condition, and coaches (including the owner Trey) walked around and made sure athletes had good form and didn't have any questions.
