Dr. Wooten exceeded our expectations as a Psychiatrist for our 5 year old. Both her and Amelia were amazing answering questions regarding my son as well as insurance throughout the process. She is obviously knowledgable in her field and comes off quite relatable. Seeing someone for such a young person can be scary, but she made us all feel so comfortable. Dr. Wooten is phenomenal with special needs testing and treatment plan.
I can't say enough about Dr. Wooten She was so patient and so thorough with her assessment, but more importantly when reviewing the results. What a wonderful experience to an otherwise nerve wracking journey. Our family is quite grateful to have found her.
Horrible customer service! They hung up when given constructive criticism on their professionalism, and tone. I would never take my children to such a rude establishment. This unprofessionalism was confirmed when I called another establishment which offers the same services and had a very pleasant experience. Take your children elsewhere.
