I'm extremely impressed with this company. We experienced issues with our furnace early this morning. I called HD Services shortly after and within 3 hours the issue was resolved. That includes the technician leaving to pick up the part. Fantastic customer service. Thank you! To those with AHS, I called HD Services directly, they got the ball moving, and then I called AHS to start a service ticket. It saved what I'd imagine would have been a lot of time.
All things considered H.D. Service does a pretty good job of getting the problem fixed, have probably used them 4 times with an ongoing 5th service request each time being a different problem but each time getting it fixed. Thanks for keeping my family cool and warm
