My AC was not blowing out air inside the house. Mondays are the only work week day I have off. I never expected them to be able to come out the same day I called but they sure did. Many thanks to Owen who worked so hard to make sure the AC was cooling before he left. I have AHS home warranty and my AC stopped working. Even though I live in Milford, they were still more than happy to come out to help. They were able to diagnose, fix and explain to me what was wrong. I am so happy that this company is working with AHS.
I'm extremely impressed with this company. We experienced issues with our furnace early this morning. I called HD Services shortly after and within 3 hours the issue was resolved. That includes the technician leaving to pick up the part. Fantastic customer service. Thank you! To those with AHS, I called HD Services directly, they got the ball moving, and then I called AHS to start a service ticket. It saved what I'd imagine would have been a lot of time.
