We have AHS warranty and needed our furnace serviced after hearing some squealing. The turn around time was less than 2 weeks before a technician came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came back to finish the job. Owen did a great job describing the issues and the process of fixing them. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept in constant communication. Getting our furnace serviced was a positive experience. This is our first time with the company and we weren’t disappointed.
Worst air conditioning service company. 4 times to our property this year and still no AC. Replaced every part outside and inside with no results. Shows the level of competence this company has. Avoid at all costs it will save you money.
These people don't know what they are doing, plain & simple. The owner has no clue how to run a business nor does he care to, in my opinion. They have been to our house 4 times this year with still no solution! They even tried to get us to pay more for freon, because they said it was contaminated....they are the only ones who have worked on the a/c. I will never use again & will tell everyone that will listen that they are a scam.
Waited many weeks for help. Got lied to often. They are reluctant to take calls or call you. A job that requires 2 to 3 hours was done in an hour. They seem to blame evap coil for everything. Rude. Once I tried to talk but owner made animal noises in the phone laughing as loud as possible. Tried to say maybe he had a part he’d force to get it to work. We have AHS home warranty and have had HD Services out multiple times for various things. Last year was a coil leak and we were able to have 1/3 of our unit replaced with no trouble. Today I called and within an hour, the tech had already been to my house and finished the replacement of the compressor. Super fast, super friendly and knowledgeable and I am thankful!
