My husband and I took our 2017 HD Street Glide in when we were experiencing the bike dying at every stop.. and Harley in Oconomowoc couldn't fix it. (it had a Dyno and they don't have that machine) - Al was awesome - explained a lot and took care of us! He is exceptional and has a lot of knowledge on bikes. He also was patient with our warranty paperwork and worked with the place we bought the bike from. We will definitely go back to him for anything to do with our bike!

The staff at HD Only is exceptional, Knowledgeable and ready to help in any way, Gopher is awesome, in that when you walk in the door she's ready to help and her sparkling personality is amazing, Pat is an awesome service technician,took the time to show me what exactly was wrong with my bike and had an estimate ready, Thank you to the whole staff at H-D Only for getting my bike back to me in a timely manner, HIGHLY recommend this place
