This place just isn't the same since the owners aren't around making sure things are running according to policy and to customer satisfaction. Techs are becoming careless and causing pain and injury during a time where we should be relaxed. They are distracted by gossip and making fun of their clients in their language verses concerned with providing the Best services. I been coming here for 12 plus yrs this location and the other one. When the other girls ran it was a great one. Now that the new owner took over it seems like it's bad attitude. I went there Saturday by Tuesday my nail came off...
Went for a Deluxe no chip pedicure, paid $70 for the service because of an additional $20 no chip polish fee. The service, per their site states: “ Exfoliation with a 3 minute Organic sugar scrub, callus removal, feet moisturization with a 3 minute mud mask and relaxation with hot towel wraps. We also boost your mood with a 10 minute massage” and did not receive that service. The scrub was all of 1 minute and no massage was given at all.
