I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years and even left a great review before, but after my recent pedicure, my toe became infected. When I called about a refund, the manager blamed me for wearing closed-toe shoes in the winter and took no responsibility. There was no effort to meet me halfway or show any concern. I went to go see Tina. She did a great job last time but this time what I assume to be her boss told her something and her who demeanor changed. She quickly did my eyebrows and left in a hurry. Definitely did not look the same this time. No goodbye or anything.She left to do a service they felt was more worth their time and energy. Please don’t rush your workers. They have amazing service, their nails and iced latte is a combination 😍😍 I recommend going to Egla because she takes her time cleaning and shaping your nails super naturally
