Absolutely horrible!!! Hands down the most mean spirited business and owner I've ever dealt with. Zero basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay far away from this place. There are plenty of salons and businesses that should be supported, this salon and their owners are not one of them. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, this place does not deserve your time or money.
They do a very good job for pedicures and customer service is always nice.
I’m impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism and quality of this place. I got my nails done for Halloween and it’s going 2.5 weeks for the full set, cat eye polish. The top coat has faded and my nails have grown a bit but it’s pretty much stayed intact. Here’s a video when I first got them done and a photo weeks later.
This was my go to place for nails before I moved to Texas! I’ve had numerous nail techs & all of them were great & thorough which I really appreciated. Everyone always greeted me every time I walked in through the door. & I can get in for an appointment at anytime. I will continue coming here when I visit Chicago. Thank you for years of service!
