She literally followed me down the street to tell me she would open the store back up to cut my hair. I had called earlier and said I'd be there in ten, which turned into 20 due to traffic. Showed up just before closing and they left but then after driving to two other hair studios, I look up and she was right there and said to come back and she would open back up to cut my hair real quick. Totally above and beyond. They just got a customer for life!

I asked for 4 inches off the bottom and she took 7. I said 4 inches, I stood up and showed her the 4 inches, she demonstrated the 4 inches, and we agreed on the length. Then I went from 33 inch long hair to 26!! That is very far off! My hair is well past the minimum length I like for points on my body. I was so proud of my long hair and now I have to wait a year to grow it back to where I wanted it trimmed! This is heartbreaking.
