BEWARE OF H-CO Properties and Mark Heizer! I hired H-Co Properties to manage a rental property I own in Burlington, NC. Mark Heizer with HCO Properties is extremely volatile. I should have checked his reviews on Yelp as the vast majority of the reviews are very bad and spot on. Some of his employees are very good; however, Mark Heizer has issues keeping them because of his attitude and abuse.
