If you own a Cub Cadet, this place is heaven. I've been a patron here for years and keep going back. Great selection of equipment, parts and a good service team. Prices are competitive and they have had every part i needed in stock. I am an owner of 2024 and a 1974 Cub Cadet tractors, and they have the parts for both!
My snowblower would shut down when auger was engaged. Called HC Summers and Mike arranged pickup at home same day. The snowblower was tuned up, serviced and carburetor repaired. Great service and old school delight. Outstanding service and their businesses date back to early 1900's. Thank you! Joe W
This place used to be a good place to service your lawn equipment, but not anymore. Maybe changed over to a different staff. I took a blower there that was acting up. They serviced it, charged me $75, but said they couldn’t fully fix it because they didn’t have the tool to adjust the carburetor. I had to order a $10 carburetor tool kit on Amazon and fix it myself. Also took my Cub Cadet zero turn mower there recently… waited 20 min outside after their opening hour before the guy arrived to open the door. They completed the s... read more
Save the time and aggravation go somewhere else. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you guys don't want to work stay home. Never give them my money.
