They installed a new exterior AC unit and air handler for me to replace my 30 year old one. It works great and saves me money on my energy bill. They quickly accommodated scheduling quirks when I was getting HOA approval. And they send out a tech for a free checkup when I heard a noise (which turned out to be water hammer from a new shower head - my bad).
Our air conditioning went out during the 4th of July heatwave (on July 3, but we all know the whole week was a holiday!) I live with/care for an elderly woman in her mid-80's who's not very mobile. The folks at H & C were so helpful. First Vicky walked me through what solved part of the problem. Then they accomdated me on July 5 to fix the outside unit with a skeleton staff working. Tim was helpful, informative, fixed the problems and worked in the 90+ degree heat!! I highly recommend them!

This company hires careless/reckless techs. I have been nearly hit/tailgated and witnessed this company's van driving very dangerously and recklessly on Rt. 32 S. in Howard County between 7:00 am and 7:30 am. This has happened multiple times with the most recent being this morning (4/17/24). The driver of this van was very clearly in a hurry, and very clearly didn't care how many people they put in danger. This guy is either careless or clueless.
