Don't bother if you're higher risk Just wanted to warn others about my experience as well. I moved to the area at about 28 weeks pregnant and needed to find an obgyn. Thought I'd give them a try and was very unimpressed by their office. The front desk "schedulers" were pretty rude and incompetent-could not answer any of my questions, etc. Instead, they insisited on getting information on me before they could help me or answer any of my questions or even tell me what openings they had if any. They Don't Care About Your Health! Avoid this office at all costs! I was seen by Dr Grana for a Physical Exam in August. I was told that I would not receive my pap smear results unless they were abnormal and was handed a piece of paper at my visit to call Lab Corp for my results. I forgot to call Lab Corp about my results until October. I was advised to call my doctors office. I called the nurse time and time again and she never returned my call. Please do not go there! Hi, I have selected this facility since I wanted my second child to be born in Wakemed. In the first appointment itself the nurse and the staff had a wrong file on my name and it took them hours to figure out what the actual problem was. The staff and the nurse assistants never showed any good manners and always had some errors in the records. It made me really confused in most of the visits. They have very little space inside the clinic and it is always crowded.We are visited mostly by the midwives. ... read more

Avoid this place at any cost Unless you have no alternatives please avoid this place at any cost. This is one of the horrible places as one reviewer pointed out. STAY AWAY!!! We wanted to make an appointment with them and they gave one during 12th week of pregnancy since they would not give one before it. We went ahead and scheduled anyway since my wife needs to see a doctor as she is on thyroid medication. Triangle OB-GYN: be ready to WAIT Doctors and midwifes are nice/knowledgeable, however, any physician's office that schedules on 10 minute increments and makes you wait almost an hour and a half EVERY TIME you visit has a problem. Both the doctors and midwives are willing to spend as much time with you as you need, which is great, but they overbook consistently. Triangle OB-GYN is AWESOME/NEW STAFF & APPEARANCE! They have really revamped their office and staff since my last pregnancy. All of the staff is extremely educated and take their time. Since the last time I was there it seems the wait to see the Dr./Midwife has definately shortened. I don't have the easiest schedule to work with however, the front desk always seems to make it work even if I have to come back in less then a week. Pros & Cons Like with most experiences, there are pros & cons. I'd like to present my opinion of the pros & cons. Keep in mind this is my first child & I have no other OB experience to compare. PROS: Unlike other posts, I found the office staff to be very friendly & nice. Many times I would tell them what doctor or midwife I wanted to see & they would schedule me with that person.
