Great place! Good people and it has helped my daughter heal and feel really good after training so hard!! Highly recommend I'm working my way to get in also but haven't got the guts yet!!!!

The Cryo therapy was energizing and today I tried the infrared sauna. I feel relaxed with silky smooth skin....more than that, I know I was kind to my body today!! I think these are great therapies for everyone. On to facial and then spot therapy. I'm hooked! Thank you Susan and Monica!
