Mike and team were amazing. Great craftsmanship, took time to understand needs and budget and was super flexible when designs changed. 100% recommend.
I can't say enough about this company. The staff are amazing! Mike and Sam were so incredibly patient and helpful with every question and request. Randy did an awesome job with the install and was so professional. They even helped out with a few things after install that they didn't really have to but that's just the kind of customer service they provide. I would definitely recommend them.
H&B Wood Products was previously dealt with, and while the job was acceptable, certain aspects fell short. When we required cupboard modifications 14 years later, H&B wasn't considered. However, the new owner, Mike, impressed my brother by promptly and professionally resolving outstanding issues from the former owner. Had multiple vanities and other products made by this company and each and every one has come out beautifully and lasted years with no damage. The company made no mistakes with my requests but I am almost positive they would be happy to fix anything if you had any concerns. Staff is a happy and understanding bunch. Always pleased when I need to speak with them! This will be the company I use for any of my future needs!
