Eric from H& B was so professional & compassionate! He, Tyler & Justin worked very hard to replace the AC unit in this crazy heat wave ASAP. So grateful for them.
My ACs just got serviced. I don’t want to make this a horrible review because honestly… I get some of the issues I had. Number one I was scheduled for service yesterday- they called within the window to tell me they were going to be later than they thought but they’d be by that evening. Ok, no problem. Stuff happens. Called back later that evening to tell me they weren’t going to make it and scheduled me for the next morning. Also - whatever.
