Shout out to Armando, Cesar, and Jeremy! They have been AMAZING! They truly care about their patients and it shows. Thank you for transporting my Mother, and staying with her for Dr’s appointments to ensure she has her needs met and is safe! I appreciate you all.
The service was excellent the driver was great very skilled in LA traffic made the long trip enjoyable I will use them again when needed
The drivers are great but the dispatch is garbage. They pick my mother up for dialysis at 720 am her chair time is at 830 am. She gets off at 1230 pm and they don’t drop her off at home until 130-200 pm. She’s eating an avg of 2 hours because of their garbage dispatch.
The worst they never answered to inform me if they are running late and keep me waiting for over an hour to pick me up from doctors appointments. Do better HB
I would rather have these drivers than any random driver l couldn't get to my daily Dr if it weren't for these ppll and I can't say one bad thing I'm completely happy with them all who work here are good people
