DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. On December 9th my neighbor got dropped off by an hb van number 103. The driver was extremely rude to her while rushing her out the van. He also began yelling and arguing with another driver passing by. He was very unprofessional and I would thing hb would have higher standards of who the hire to drive clients.This incident lasted about 20 minutes and caused a major scene in our neighborhood. Bad service, drivers smoking inside. Smells so bad , rude and very bad service will not use it again for my mom
Why did you guys accept all those rides and then send them all back, I bet you guys are sending my out of town appointment back for this Friday, what is so funny is you accept all those rides knowing you are sending 50% back
