Excellent drivers and customer service
They literally come so late they don’t even pick up the phone they need to get shut down literally my dad waits out side for almost 2 hours they are so unprofessional!!
Today I was driving and had a verbal altercation with this business medical transport we were both yelling and cussing at each other. That said we were both at fault for acting immature but what the real issue here is the driver literally blocking so i cant pass and when I finally did he speeds up to argue more gets along side me and serves at me like he's going to hit me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. On December 9th my neighbor got dropped off by an hb van number 103. The driver was extremely rude to her while rushing her out the van. He also began yelling and arguing with another driver passing by. He was very unprofessional and I would thing hb would have higher standards of who the hire to drive clients.This incident lasted about 20 minutes and caused a major scene in our neighborhood.
