Bad service, drivers smoking inside. Smells so bad , rude and very bad service will not use it again for my mom
Why did you guys accept all those rides and then send them all back, I bet you guys are sending my out of town appointment back for this Friday, what is so funny is you accept all those rides knowing you are sending 50% back
This company should be shut down, they were called at 2:30 pm for pickup of my Father in law who is 98 years old they never called to advise they were running late he was picked up 6:15 pm. One driver called and were at the wrong address in Fresno my Father in laws Doctors Office is in Clovis. Never again!!!!!
Shout out to Armando, Cesar, and Jeremy! They have been AMAZING! They truly care about their patients and it shows. Thank you for transporting my Mother, and staying with her for Dr’s appointments to ensure she has her needs met and is safe! I appreciate you all.
The service was excellent the driver was great very skilled in LA traffic made the long trip enjoyable I will use them again when needed
