I have to rate their service as superb. My brand new water heater was defective fron the factory (shipping?), and was seeping water after installation. I could not identify the source of the leak, so I made the call, and Harold and Tucker came right away and resealed the unit. Excellent work, excellent service. Prompt, cost-effective, efficient.

I had a leak in my upstairs toilet that was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. I had originally called Roto Rooter to come fix it, but they said they couldn't send someone out until 4 days later! So I decided to give the local guys a try. I gave them a call and told them my issue. They were currently out on a service call, but took down my information and said they would give me a call once they returned from the service call and come to my house.
