My Father took his lawnmower here for repair. They estimated two weeks. EIGHT weeks and several inquiry calls later, he has spent half his summer distressed, push-mowing an acre at 79 years old with a heart condition. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and they treated him with disdain. Inquiries were met with annoyance and dismissive disrespect. He is a hard-working man who cares for his equipment to make it last. If you can’t fix it timely, be honest. Very disappointed and disgusted!
