Called H and S to explain about evidence of a roof leak on our plastered ceiling. Was expecting them to just take a look, which they did, but they also caulked several likely problem areas right away so I could monitor if the leaking continued. They emailed photos of the areas with explanations on the photos which I found to be extremely impressive.
