These people are dishonest. They robbed me of my security deposit when I was all alone, pregnant and out of state from my family.
As owners, we have had an excellent experience with H and K Properties. All deposits are made on time, very prompt at dealing with any issues that come up. They have gotten reliable vendors for us when services are needed.They have found good renters for us also. We would highly recommend them.
