Scam alert charges $80 to wash a truck inside and out and $80 to wash a utility trailer still has dirt. I asked why is it still dirty? He got mad the owner is called Hector and told me never come back I used to use him to wash my boat. I used him to wash my vehicles. I will never come back and he thinks I don’t want to pay, but I always pay every time. they do not know how to wash vehicles.

They always do a pretty good job but now they are nickel and diming the customers. Now you pay extra for dog hair. As they seem to think that takes extreme cleaning. I’ll be going back to Pelican next round. Update. After that extra charge for pet hair, there was still pet hair

I’ve gone here many times and always had a great experience… today the woman at the front (refused to give me her name) told me I was not allowed to get the standard silver pack because I had sand on my seats. There was nothing on the outside that would require an upgrade, but she told me I had to get the platinum because it was “too much work” I was not asking for more than a basic vacuum and wash.
